My Order Has Not Arrived

Solution

If you have received a shipment email from us then it means we have shipped your order.

Once your order is shipped it is no longer in our hands, it is with the postal service or the courier service.

We provide you with all the tracking information that is available to us for your package on the KrishnaStore.com website. Just click on the 'Track My Orders' link and you will see all the information we have available on your order.

You need to allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive. If it has not arrived and it is sent by registered airmail please contact your local post office [quoting the tracking number], if it is sent by courier please contact the courier  and quote the tracking number.

The postal service or the courier company can give you the full information about your package. Whatever information we have about your order we make that available for you online at KrishnaStore.com
